Shipping

All shipments will be sent via USPS. Some smaller items will be shipped free (US only) using First Class Parcel which generally takes 2-4 business days domestically. Larger items will scale according to size of order but will be shipped via USPS Priorty flat rate box service.

International customers: Please contact us at aznoptics@gmail.com with your order and your country and will we calculate international shipping rates for you.

Returns will only be accepted only for functional reasons (error code, improper flash, size fitment). However there is a 1 year warranty on defective units but will only be replaced with same exact ordered item. Warranty pieces will need to be shipped back to us or picture/video evidence of unit be sent to us and we will process warranty claim immediately upon receipt. International (non-US) customers will need to pay additional shipping fee for warranty claim. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer for refund. Please contact us at aznoptics@gmail.com prior to processing a warranty claim.

Exchanges for color matching reasons can be processed with an additional shipping fee. Our units are lab calibrated to less than 1% variance for specific rating.
